Max lent a disciplined approach, effectively leading a diverse team that worked in tight physical quarters and under intense time pressure for 80+ hours per week for many months...(he) brings a well-balanced approach to project management, aggressively and enthusiastically pursuing opportunities while not hesitating to deliver any bad news to management. We were always well-informed as to project status and risks, and risks were always presented with mitigation or work-around options for management.
Max also provided outstanding technical leadership and direction for a team of 5-7 developers across all phases of the software development life cycle. Max’s expertise and team mentoring skills in requirements analysis, functional specifications and data modeling/analysis got the project off to a great start and his contributions to code reviews, QA planning and test execution and reporting also added great value to our project.
